Tell us what happened

Include your phone model, Android version, app version, and a short description of the issue. If it involves movement tracking, tell us which exercise you selected and whether you used personalized calibration.

You choose what to share. Please do not send camera recordings or sensitive information. Sending an email is optional; the app does not automatically send workout data or diagnostic logs.

Personalized calibration

Calibration helps the alarm recognize your movement range. Use it when an exercise is being missed or your range of motion differs from the default tracking. You can find it in the app's calibration area.

Privacy and deletion requests

For privacy questions or to request deletion of support correspondence, email privacy@cmdlabs.us. Support messages are kept until deletion is requested. Read our privacy policy for details.
